Time

Hideyuki Hashimoto is a pianist and composer, based in Kagawa, Japan.
He explores the use of space in his improvisational performances and composition. His music has a delicate spacial beauty with a feel of vivid imagery and has been highly praised in an array of reviews published in the world.
Since his debut in 2012, he has released numerous solo piano works and his music has reached people around the world and has over 200 million plays on streaming platforms in total.

“In the autumn 2023, on my first travel to Europe, I visited several countries and recorded this album, Time, at Studio LEITER in Funkhaus Berlin. There are wonderful atmosphere, spaces, musical instruments, and companions as well as I had also received a lot of inspiration from my trip, so l was able to concentrate on the piano with a fresh feeling. This album marks my first overseas recording, and I am deeply grateful to be able to share it with you.”
